Kikuru Madan is a guard known as The Ace of Mebuki, who has spent his whole life training and after reaching the age of twenty has realized that he never really got to enjoy his youth. So now he wants to quit his job and start a school life to gain a sense of normalcy. However, as he is explaining this to the guild secretary Enome, she tells him that there is a new martial artist who wants to be a guard and asks kikuru to go on a quest together. After thinking it over he decides that if he is able to train someone to be his successor then he won't have to worry about what will happen to Mebuki after he leaves. After going on a quest together he learns that Hitamuki has more weak points than strong ones and will be difficult to train. It isn't long after that that Enome continues to add people to his party, each with their own major weaknesses. Will Kikuru be able to get the life he desires?
Immoral Guild was actually more interesting that I thought it would be. I would definitely watch it censored though. The censoring for it is done really well. The closest thing I would compare it to is Konosuba. While it does have a lot of fan service, a lot of the characters are enjoyable. My favorite has to be Resumisu, who is a small imp that works as a nurse. It only swears two or three times which is after the girls have a cooking competition and Maidena realizes that she cooked something she didn't mean to. There is a bath scene as well as scenes where clothes are ripped due to falling into traps, being attacked by monsters, or even shirts becoming see through due to sweat from when the characters get sick. All in all this is something that's not for everyone. Though if you want a fantasy with some good action, enjoyable characters, and an interesting story, I would give it a try.
