Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk

It's Botan Kamiina's first year at college. As she goes to meet the girls living in the same dorm as her, she notices that the resident assistant is missing. So, she tells Kanade Gujo, Yaeka Kitamori, and Akane Yusa that she is going to find her. Botan goes to a small area where a lot of stalls are set up. She finds Ibuki Tonami, the RA for the dorm, sitting on a bench and drinking alcohol. Ibuki never lets anyone see her drinking, but when Botan says that she'd like to give the drink a try, Ibuki hands her the cup. After Botan tries the drink, Ibuki learns that Botan and she aren't so different, and maybe it would be nice to drink together again.

Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk was an interesting anime. One of the cool things about this anime is that the art style changes in every episode. I read that the studio had different teams of artists work on each episode, which is why it came out the way it did. The scenery looks absolutely amazing throughout the show. It kind of gave me Encouragement of Climb vibes. There are some yuri aspects to the show, which made it hard to watch at times, but they didn't get overly close, which made it seem more like a normal slice-of-life anime. There are hot spring scenes throughout it, but they didn't feel particularly lewd. The story isn't so fascinating that I felt like I could binge it, but it has a nice, relaxing feel to it. I would say this is a good anime to watch when you are taking a break from anime that are super action-oriented. While this wasn't my favorite, I still think that it's worth watching.

ROLL OVER AND DIE: I Will Fight for an Ordinary Life with My Love and Cursed Sword!

Flum Apricot was originally from a rural village before getting chosen to join the hero's party. However, all her stats were zero's and her only power is reversal, which she has no idea how to use. One day a party member named Jean sells Flum into Slavery. She wakes up inside a jail cell with multiple other slaves like her. The Slave trader who bought them says that he's going to kill them all due to them being worthless. He releases monsters into the jail cell as well as a sword that melts whoever it touches. With Flum choose to be eaten alive or melt into nothing? 

I'm not going to lie, ROLL OVER AND DIE was really hard for me to watch. It was a cool dark fantasy at first, but then it turned into a yuri anime. It kind of reminded me of how The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady was really good until the two girls randomly became a couple. Thanks to skipping the romance parts and speeding up the video I was able to finish it. I think it could have been a really awesome anime if the two main girls didn't start acting all lovey dovey. There is swearing in the anime. There is also a bath scene but all the characters dress modestly. There is a lot of dark themes like torture, kidnapping, and holding innocent people hostage. I wouldn't suggest it unless you are a fan of yuri anime and fantasy anime.

From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad's Been Reincarnated!

Kenzaburou Tondabayashi was a 52 year old dad before he died saving a child that was about to be run over by a truck. He was then reincarnated as the villainess of his daughter's favorite video game, Magical Academy: Love and Beasts. While he tries to fulfill his role as the villainess, he ends up befriending the main character, Anna Doll, rather than becoming her enemy. Due to the complete change in Grace Auvergne personality, everyone ends up growing love and respect for her rather than disdain. Little does he know that his wife and daughter are watching him through their screen and helping him in hopes that he will someday return to his previous life on earth.

From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad's Been Reincarnated! feels like it has elements from other villainess anime's. The setup of the show reminds me of Endo and Kobayashi Live: The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte. It has the same type of feel when it switches back and forth between the fantasy world and Earth. The dynamic between the student council kind of reminds me of My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom. The relationship between Grace and Anna kind of reminds me of I'm in Love With the Villainess!. So If you are a fan of villainess Anime like I am, I would definitely suggest giving this one a watch. The characters all dress modestly and the series is free of any swear words. It surpassed my expectations with every way possible.

Seven Mortal Sins

After falling from Heaven, Lucifer ends up in the ninth ring of hell, Cocyutus. It is there she meets the Demon Lord of Envy, Leviathan. Leviathan instantly takes a liking to lucifer and tells her about the demon lords who rule over hell known as the seven Mortal Sins. Lucifer approaches them confident that she's stronger than all of them, but rather than beating them her wings are cut off and she turns into a demon Lord herself. Rather than let this get her down she heads to Earth along with Leviathan where they meet a human named Maria. They rent out a place on Earth, but that night Lucifer learns that she has been cursed, and the only way to lift the curse is to defeat every one of the Seven Mortal Sins.

Seven Mortal Sins was interesting. I really liked how fighting the mortal sins wasn't just physical. For example When Lucifer fights the Demon Lord of Sloth her goal is to beat a video game. When She fights the Demon Lord of Melancholy she does it by becoming a music artist and seeing who can get more follows on their videos. My Favorite Character has to be The Demon Lord of Gluttony though. She's so small and nice. As you can probably tell from the photo there is a lot of ecchi content. This is an anime where I think they could have done a good job without the girls clothes exploding almost every episode. So if you decide to watch it be aware that its uncensored.
