The main character makes bets with different characters such as building a puzzle in less than 4 hours, winning a gaming competition, etc. For his prize for winning each competition the main character asks to see the girls underwear. In honor of the bet the girls show him their underwear.
This is basically the same thing as I Tried Asking While Kowtowing except the person asking doesn't talk. It's kind of like the main girl for the episode is talking directly to you. Another difference is that the majority of the episodes take place away from school while most of the ones in I Tried Asking While Kowtowing were at school. As you can probably guess from the title and picture every single episode has a panty shot in it. It only swears once which is good. Anyway if you don't like fan service you should avoid this since it is purely fan service.
