This special picks up where the series left off Suwaru Doge is now in another world, after being killed by the yandere girl. He wakes up in a forest confronted by an elf. She tells him that years ago a hero saved her village which also knew about the dogeza, and that it was foretold that a hero would come again. So Suwaru does the natural thing anyone would do. He asks her to show him her chest and underwear, all for the sake of saving the world.
This one was actually more revealing than the main series. They didn't censor it when the elf girl opens her shirt, but they do when she lifts up her skirt. There is no swearing. Like the main series I would avoid this if you don't like ecchi anime.
