The Nakano siblings all go to a bathhouse together. Satsuki, Uzuki, Yayoi, and Mutsuki go to the girls side, while Haruki heads to the boys side. Everything goes off without a hitch that is until they ask for bottled coffee milk. Rather than getting it in the usual bottle form, the bathhouse they visited only had it in juice box form. This was disappointing to the twins, so they all promised to go to another one sometime where the coffee milk comes in bottles.
Despite this being a bath episode, it remained clean. Just like the main series the special episode was only about three minutes long, so there isn't that much time for things to happen. If you enjoyed the main series I would give the special episode a try.
