Redo of Healer

Keyaru was just an ordinary citizen of the kingdom of Jioral...that is until he learned that he had healing magic. He was really excited when he was made a hero by the kingdom, until he learned the downside of his power. When he heals someone he experiences all of their pain and memories. Doing this caused him to refuse to do his duty as a hero. When Princess Flare learned of this she decided to take advantage of it, by giving him drugs and using his addiction to make him do whatever she wanted. When the time to fight the demon king came Keyaru beat it by himself and took the philosophers stone from the demon king to go back in time and redo his life. This time he is determined to get back at all the people who used him for their own ends. Will everything actually go his way though?

There's a lot that's said about Redo of Healer. It has a bad reputation among a lot of people. To me it was very reminiscent of Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World and Manyu Scroll. However, Redo of Healer actually has an interesting story and doesn't seem repetitive. Flare was annoying at first, but after joining Keyaru's party she becomes a likeable character. Setsuna is also an enjoyable character. There is an inordinate amount of fan service throughout the anime. If you don't like ecchi anime you can watch the censored version which skips over the fan service, or you can completely avoid it. While I enjoyed the story and characters I would never suggest this to someone. It ranks among anime like Worlds End Harem and Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia in terms of fan service. If you read through this and still watch it, be prepared.
