After finishing their rehabilitation training Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke are to meet up with the Flame Hashira Kyojiro Rengoku at the Mugen Train. The Mugen Train has been given the name the man-eating train since forty people mysteriously disappeared while aboard it. When the four demon slayers meet up they are mysteriously put to sleep despite there being no signs a demon is on board. It isn't until Tanjiro is woken up with the help of Nezuko's blood that he notices the smell of a demon and finds out that it is one of the twelve Kizuki. Will Tanjiro be able to beat it, or will it go awry just like the last twelve Kizuki he fought?
The Mugen Train Arc of Demon Slayer was really good. I liked the characters more this season because it feels like they are more mature than they were in the first season. Zenitsu cries and complains less, Inosuke seems like less of a battle junkie, and the Hashira seem to posses brains and hearts unlike when Tanjiro first met them at the end of season one. Everybody dresses modestly and there is no swearing throughout the season. I would definitely suggest it if you watched season one and enjoyed it.
