Am I Actually the Strongest?

After being bullied in school Haruto became a shut-in. One day while he is in his room he meets with a goddess and is reincarnated into another world. The Goddess promises to make him overpowered. It is then that Haruto decides that in this next life he is determined to live life as a shut-in. However. the goddess forgets to give him any affinities, so he is stuck using barrier magic. After his birth parents test his mana, they find out that he is only at level 2, so they decide to abandon him in the forest. However, it is there that he meets a fenrir named Flay who senses his true power and forms a contract with him. She is determined to raise him but runs into trouble as she realizes she has no way to feed him. Shortly after, a noble man shows up saying that he is willing to raise Haruto, even though he was sent to kill him. Flay says that she isn't willing to let go of her master and guards him. Hearing this the noble allows Flay to enter his house and be a personal attendant to Haruto. Will Haruto be able to accomplish his dream of living life as a shut-in or will his power pose a problem?

I really liked this one. It had a huge resemblance to both Code Geass and The Eminence in Shadow. Haruto's sister charlotte seems to have the same thing as Shadow where she gets outrageous ideas that all end up becoming true. Haruto when he goes out to fight evil dresses exactly like zero from Code Geass. Not only that but his story resembles it even more as he goes after his parents who abandoned him all to reclaim his peaceful life. There is also a scene where he pulls the same trick Lelouch does by dressing multiple people up as himself to confuse the enemy. But the real interesting thing about this is that Haruto becomes known as The Black Knight, the same name that Zero uses for his army. And He becomes known as a Hero of Justice just like the Black Knights were Knights of Justice. He also has a clone who he uses to do things he doesn't want to. when people start to suspect that Haruto's copy is the black knight, the real Haruto dressed as the black knight shows up next to Haruto's copy and claims he has nothing to do with him. Which is like when C. C. shows up dressed as zero next to Lelouch.

Overall I thought it was absolutely amazing. There is swearing in most of the episodes but it is usually only once or twice per episode. There are some inappropriate scenes. The queen dresses inappropriately for one. In episode 1 when flay takes her human form she doesn't have clothes on but, Haruto quickly dresses her using his barrier magic. In episode 7 the same thing happens when a snow dragon turns into her human form. In episode 9 Haruto is challenged to a dual and a woman he is acquainted with tries to stop it.  The person who challenged him says he might consider it if she dances naked for him. However, Haruto saves the day in the form of the black knight before things can get out of hand. The anime did a great job of censoring things so if you don't mind what I just said as well as a hot springs scene or two I would definitely suggest this one. This was also super relatable because Haruto learns how to use his magic to bring anime and the internet to this world turning his sister Charlotte into an otaku. The only time I have felt something so relatable in that sense was watching Anime-Gataris.
