In this special episode the dragons learn about valentines day on earth and all the chocolate that you receive. They are also invited to a hot spring by Takiya. Kobayashi learns more about why the dragons take the form that they do.
This episode was pretty immodest especially considering it was a hot springs episode. However, the language was kept clean throughout it.
