Ittoki Sakuraba has lived a pretty normal life, until one day when he is attacked. It is then that he learns that he is the 19th descendant of the Iga clan. little did he know that he came from a family of ninjas. After learning this he transfers to a ninja school in Tokyo. After passing the transfer exam he has trouble with the Koga Clan who have accused the Iga of killing their leader. As future Iga chief Ittoki takes the heat with help from his new friends.
Shinobi no Ittoki was certainly a surprise for me. It is an anime that causes you to raise questions, rather than being a show that you can watch without using your brain. I really liked that about it though. There were some inappropriate parts like in the first episode where a woman takes off her clothes and gets on top of Ittoki. Unlike in "Looking Up at the Half Moon" it only lasts a few seconds because Ittoki pushes her away rather than getting involved. There is also a scene where Ittoki and his friends go to the river and you see the girls in swimsuits. Besides those two scenes there is nothing else revealing. There are a few swear words per episodes but not much.
