Hands off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun!

It's Koyo Kotesashi's first time in the big city. Thanks to his dad's connections he got a job as a dorm's caretaker to pay for his high school tuition. There he meets the girls living there who are all elite athletes. Aroma Kusunoki from the Basketball Team, Miyuki Hongo from the Volleyball Team, Aoba Kitahara from the Soccer Team, Izumi Sumiyoshi from the Swim Team, and Chiyo Sayamagaoka from the Table Tennis Team, all aren't super welcoming of Koyo at first. However, the principal shows up and tells Koyo that unless everyone at the dorm graduates in peak physical conditon, he won't be allowed to get a scholarship from the school. Will Koyo be able to gain the girls trust and help improve the way they live?

Hands off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-Kun! feels like a mix of Mother of the Goddess' Dormitory and Bokuben: We Never Learn. However, I think I prefer Bokuben over Hands off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-Kun! While it is cool to have an anime that focuses on massaging, there was an overabundance of fan service. This anime didn't need any fan service to be good. Thoush whenever Koyo gives a massage to someone their clothes suddenly disappear. I also feel like this had the potential to be a good romance anime, but Koyo has sworn off romance so he doesn't get in trouble. Overall I wouldn't say this one I feel like everyone should see. it falls short in a lot of areas that could have been strong points. But it's possible that's how the manga was written. The only reason you would want to watch this is if you want to see an ecchi anime that focuses on the art of massaging.
