After crunch time passes at Kobayashi's job, she decides to take a day off. When she leaves the house she sees a man drinking sake, and he tells her that he's here to see his daughter. They go the same direction all the way until they reach Miss Kobayashi's apartment. She then learns that the man's daughter is Kanna. He tells Kanna that he wants the dragon orb back that she broke. Seeing as how she was banished for breaking it, Kobayashi objects, but Kanna agrees to help. Since she absorbed the dragon orbs power all she needs to do is release that power into something that can contain it. Ilullu feels that something isn't right, so she goes to the other world to investigate. Through her observations she learns that this war is being instigated by Kanna's father's strategist. Will Kobayashi be able to resolve things without any consequences?
Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid: A Lonely Dragon wants to be Loved was pretty fun to watch. It felt more intense than the vibe that you get from the anime series. There''s a lot more conflict involved, but that made it interesting for me. I really enjoyed the ending of the movie. It wraps things up in a satisfying way. The language is mostly clean. Miss Kobayashi does swear at Kanna's father for banishing her and then pretending like nothing happened. There is no fan service, which is good. I would definitely recommend giving it a watch.
