Assassination Classroom

After an octopus like monster blows up the moon so that it is permanently in a crescent shape, it decides to teach class at a local middle school. The Government tasks the class with killing their teacher before march of the following year which is when Koro-Sensei is going to blow up the earth. Do these kids have what it takes to become assassins and save the world?

Assassination Classroom was really good. There is a lot of swearing mainly because they name their teacher a swear word because of her unkind attitude towards them. Irina Jelvic or Bitch-Sensei is constantly dressed in a revealing outfit. There is also an episode where everybody dresses in their swimsuits. I would definitely suggest giving it a try if you don't mind the swearing or the fan service.

Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks?

After filling out a survey from the government, Masato Oosuki gets the opportunity to fulfill his dream of going inside a video game. However unlike your typical Isekai protagonist Masato's mom follows him into the video game world. He learns after meeting another player that this worlds purpose is to help teens mend their relationship with their mom's. Will Masato and his mom be able to beat the game and grow closer as mother and son?

I actually really liked Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? There is no swearing, which I thought was good. However, there is a part in episode 2 where a slime melts Masato's mom's clothes off. There are also multiple Hot Springs scenes. If you are fine with that I would give it a try. I didn't think it was as bad as some people made it out to be. It was similer to My One-Hit Kill Sister. I can't say which one of the two is weirder though.

Skeleton Knight in Another World

A gamer wakes up in the body of the character he created. However due to his body being a skeleton he decides to keep his face and body hidden in a suit of armor so that people don't mistake him for a monster. After going into town, Arc decides to join the mercenary's guild and help protect the people. He ends up helping a elf warrior named Ariane and they decide to team up. More and more elves have been getting kidnapped, this has created a lot of tension between the humans and the elves. Will Arc and Ariane be able to mend the relationships between the two races?

Skeleton Knight in Another World was really good.  It does swear a few times though. In episode 1 there is a scene where girls are getting their clothes ripped apart by bandits. You can skip this if you just skip the first 45 seconds, however it does happen again about halfway through the first episode. The only other bad thing is in episode 6 where Arc is taking a bath and Ariane gets undressed not knowing he's there. If you are a fan of Isekai though I would give it a try. Ponta is the absolute best.

Sky Wizards Academy

Kanata Age was once a great sky wizard, but was later branded a traiter after failing to show up to training as well as other events. However, his previous teammates still believed in him. So, when the headmaster of Sky Wizards Academy asks his former teammate Chloe for a teacher for the class that has never won a single match, Chloe suggests Kanata for the job. Kanata tries to get to know his three students Lecty Eisenach, Misora Whitale, and Rico Flamel on a personal level so that he can come up with plans that will help them to use their skills as a team. Each member has something to contribute as well as something to overcome. Will Kanata be able to get each of the girls working together so they can fight when the time comes?

Sky Wizards Academy may have been full of fan service, but it was still pretty good. You see the girls in their underwear at least once per episode in the changing room. There are also one or two shower scenes. It also doesn't swear too much. I would give it a try if you like sword fighting anime like chivalry of a failed knight, blade dance of the elementalers, the asterisk war, etc.

High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World

Their are seven people who excel at what they do more than anybody else in the world. Tsukasa Mikagame is the worlds most talented politician, Ringo Ohashi is the worlds most talented inventor, Aoi Ichigo is the worlds most talented Samurai, Shinobu Sarutobi is the worlds most talented Journalist/Shinobi, Prince Akatsuki is the worlds most talented Magician, Keine Kanzaki is the worlds most talented doctor, and Masato Sanada is the worlds most talented businessman. Right as these seven prodigies were going on a trip together their plane crashes in another world. After waking up in a small impoverished village the seven decide to use their skills to help the village get back on its feet, even if that means taking down the nobility and starting a democracy. But will their skills be enough for this monstrous undertaking?

There is a lot of fan service in this show, but the story is unique from other isekai's. None of the main characters are overpowered, and none of the main characters have magic. So it is interesting to see how the main characters use science against a world filled with magic. In episode 1 Lyrule feeds Tsukasa using her mouth making it look like a kiss. There are hot springs scenes in episodes 3, 6, and 10. In episode 4 The Lord of the land grabs Lyrule's chest inappropriately. In episode 5 the girls wear bunny girl outfits and revealing outfits at the bar. In episode 7 Shinobu gets tied up with her underwear exposed. In episode 9 all the girls along with Akatsuki are fully undressed at the spa. Lastly in episode 11 Jeanne gets her clothes ripped. Their wasn't too much swearing. If that is too much for you I would avoid it. But if fan service doesn't bother you, I would give it a try.

Musasi-no (Urawa no Usagi-chan Season 2)

After starting summer break, Tokiwa, Usagi, and Minami all decide to go to the pool. It is there that they meet up with the student council president who tells them that the Railway club will be shut down due to them having no achievements to speak of. However, she will give them a chance to save it if they can accomplish something over summer break. So The Urawa Third High School Railway Club decides to participate in a competition between Railway Clubs from different schools. Will they be able to save their club?

Musasi-no was pretty good. I liked how the majority of the season was spent on competitions between the schools. Their was no swearing in this season. There was a pool episode in the first episode where you see the girls in their swimsuits. There fourth episode was a Hot springs episode. Besides that there was nothing inappropriate that happened.

Reign of the Seven Spellblades

Right before heading off to school at Kimberly Academy, Oliver Horn stops and watches a parade where a girl is about to be trampled by an ogre. It is there that Oliver, Nanao, Pete, Guy, and Michela come together to save her. After that display they become classmates and learn to experience school life, as well as unravel the mysteries of the labyrinth that is hidden beneath the school. Only 80% of the students live to see their graduation. Does Oliver and his friends have what it takes to survive?

Reign of the Seven Spellblades shares a lot of characteristics with Harry Potter. the main difference being that Reign of the Seven Spellblades uses swords as well as magic. I don't think that having similarities is a bad thing though. Its kind of like how MASHLE: Magic and Muscles was. There is some swearing. In the first episode you see Nanao bathing in the school fountain. In the second episode you see one of the teachers wearing something immodest. There is also a student who is a succubus that wears revealing outfits as well. Lastly Pete is able to change genders so you see him with a woman's chest twice. Besides that I thought it was a good series. I would definitely suggest it if you don't mind the fan service.

Magical Somera-chan

Somera-chan lives with her sister with almost no money. However, she still finds ways to make the most of each day like befriending her friends clone,  communicating with aliens, and finding a job with an employer who has dubious plans for humanity. Will Somera-chan and her friends be able to get the life that she wants?

Magical Somera-chan was actually a lot better than I was expecting. I absolutely loved the Christmas episode. It made me laugh super hard. There is some swearing, but it isn't constant. Everybody dresses Modestly throughout the anime, so that is a perk. I would suggest it for anyone that is looking for something quick and funny since the whole thing takes only about 30 minutes to watch.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Scarlet Bond

The Kingdom is Raja is a small country whose main export was Gold until poison started coming out of the mines and polluting the water. The Queen used her life force converted into magic to clear it away; However, after Queen Towa fell ill due to using the spell over and over, a named ogre called Hiiro who was living in the Kingdom of Raja runs away to get revenge for his village, after finding the location of the orc Geld. This leads Benimaru to come help which ultimately stops the fight. After calming down, Hiiro asks for Rimuru's aid in helping the Queen. Rimuru agrees and sets out for Raja where he finds that not everything is what it seems.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Scarlet Bond was actually a lot cleaner than I expected. It only swears once throughout the movie. The only fan service is Shion's Outfit which actually wasn't noticeable in my opinion. If You liked the main series I would definitely give this a watch as well.

The Legendary Hero is Dead!

After hearing that the gates of hell have been opened and demons might appear in his village, Touka Scott sets up a trap to protect himself and his fields. However, his childhood friend and crush suddenly gets attacked. Touka starts a barbecue and fans the smell in an attempt to lure the demon away, which fails due to the demons dislike of pork. In a flash the hero arrives and kills the demon instantly. After thanking him Yuna invites him to eat with her, but the hero is drawn toward Touka's Barbecue and dies falling into his pit trap. Touka tries to bury the body but wakes up inside of it the next morning. A Necromancer named Anri tells Touka that she was the one that switched his body with the hero's. She explains that before he died the hero asked her to find someone that was strong enough to defeat the demons to replace him in case something happened to him. Anri believed that the person who killed the hero must be very powerful. But she was disappointed to find out that Touka had a mana level of 1 which is the equivalent of magic a newborn baby has. Will Touka, Anri, and Yuna be able to complete the hero's mission despite the vast difference in power that the hero's party originally held?

While this anime might appeal to some, I wouldn't suggest it. There is a lot of swearing in each episode. There is also an inordinate amount of fan service in each episode. The jokes are all pretty bad as well since Touka is a man who has a big thigh fetish. One of the first lines spoken is "Upon finding a radish shaped like the perfect thigh, any man would feel compelled to put a stocking on it." If you don't mind anime's where girls wear little to no clothing, then you can check it out, but for those that don't I would avoid it.

The Asterisk War Season 2

The Phoenix Festa continues right where we left off after Julis and Ayato defeated Priscilla and Irene Urzaiz. However, because Ayato's weakness has been exposed not only does it make the competition harder because the enemy can use it to their advantage with tactics like using illusions to waste time, but Ayato is also forced to fight without having recovered the Prana he has expended. Will Julis and Ayato be able to win and achieve their goals?

Surprisingly Season 2 is a lot cleaner than season 1 was. There was no swearing throughout the whole season. The inappropriate content was minimal if you skip over the intro song as well as the ending previews. The only times were in Episode 21 you see a girl undressed in a hospital, and in Episode 22 Claudia, Saya, Julis, and Kirin wear dresses to a party that show cleavage. Overall it was good and entertaining. I would definitely suggest it if you like tournament type anime that are based on swords and guns. The closest thing I could compare it to is Chivalry of a failed knight, and Blade dance of the Elementalers. I would suggest reading the review of season 1 as well if you haven't watched season 1 already. You can read it by typing in the title into the search bar if you are using the web version, but if you are using the phone it was posted on November 26, 2022 which you can find by scrolling to the bottom and clicking the arrow at the bottom right.

Liar, Liar

Hiroto Shinohara gets lost after just arriving to academy island due to neglecting the instructions on how to use his phone. He runs into a girl all by herself who helps him get to where he needs to. However right as they get to his district she is sprayed by a sprinkler which soaks her clothes. She then suspects that Hiroto set her up and challenges him to a game. A turn based version of a staring contest. However, if you react at all you lose. Both sides do okay until in the middle of the game the girl is sprayed again, which makes her embarrassed, causing her to lose the game. After arriving at Eimei academy Hiroto runs into trouble because while games are a daily occurrence on academy island he didn't beat just anyone. He beat Sarasa Saionji, the granddaughter of academy island's founder. She is known as the empress due to never having lost a game. She also happened to be a seven star, the highest rank someone can attain on academy island. The headmaster points out that there is a way to resolve the situation and tells him to look at his device. It is there that he sees a red star where his previous white star was. This red star has the ability to let you tell one lie. Hiroto uses this opportunity to announce to everyone that he is the strongest on academy island, a seven star, when really he has only one star. Will Hiroto be able to keep the act up despite his lack of skills?

Liar, Liar was really good in my opinion. It reminded me a lot of The asterisk war mixed with the Irregular at Magic High School if you took away the fan service from both of them. There isn't any swearing in the english sub, but in the english dub it swears around 5 times. In the first episode when Sarasa gets sprayed with the sprinkler her shirt becomes see through enough that you see the color of her bra, but not her skin. In episode 7 Shirayuki and Sarasa get in the bath with Hiroto, but in their swimsuits so they are not naked together. Besides that everybody dresses modestly.  I think it is definitely worth a watch. If you don't mind the things I mentioned I would suggest giving it a try.

The Misfit of Demon King Academy: History's Strongest Demon King Reincarnates and Goes to School with His Descendants Season 2

Anos Voldigoad and his friends are back. This season goes further into how the rumors of the false Demon King Avos Dilhevia were started. To find out why it all happened Anos, Misha, Sasha, Lay, Misa, as well as Eleonar and Zeshia all head to the past using the scythe that Anos received from the God of Time after defeating him in season 1. It is there that Not only do they find out about the rumors, but about other things that have gone unnoticed in the demon realm. The world is about to be turned upside down. Will Anos and his friends be enough to stop it?

I really liked this new season. I liked how you got to see not only Anos's backstory but how it connects to his subordinates as well. There isn't any fan service like there was in the first season. A god tells the mother of all spirits that she is going to get pregnant. While it isn't inappropriate it did feel a little unnatural. There was also no swearing throughout the season which was good.  If you liked the first season I would definitely give this one a try as well. If you haven't seen the first season I would say to check out my previous review of it using the search box if you are using the web version of my blog. If you are not it was posted on November 12, 2022 which you can find by clicking the back arrow at the bottom right of the screen.

Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero

After being killed by the hero Max and his party, the demon lord comes back ten years later. However, his appearance is a lot less threatening, and his attitude has changed. He doesn't want to take over the world, what he really wants to know is what Max has been up to. So he visits Max who has become a shut-in and separated himself from his party. After seeing the state the Max is in, the Demon Lord decides to move in with him and help him out.

This one was interesting because while something similar happened in The Devil is a Part timer with Urushihara moving in with Maou, this has more of a college roommate feel to it. There is A lot of swearing in every episode. Also a number of questionable things happen like how The Demon Lord's Secretary gets drunk and decides to chase after Max Naked. Her Usual outfit is also questionable, but not immodest. You also see the hero looking at girls in bikinis on his computer. The Demon Lord when he goes out transforms into a girl when he goes out to blend in with the humans, but because he keeps the sailor uniform on her entire stomach is uncovered. In an episode where the hero and the demon lord try to make money using youtube The Demon Lord in his female form tries to respond to what the people on his livestream ask him, and eventually he is asked to lift up his shirt. The screen changes before you see it to youtube sending a message that they were banned for inappropriate content. So you don't actually see it. There is also a hot springs episode as well. It wasn't the best anime I have seen, but I don't believe it was a waste of time either. If you don't mind the swearing and fan service, you should give it a try.

The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses

Kaede Komura has a crush on Ai Mie but doesn't know how to approach her. However, he figures out that she often forgets her glasses which makes things hard for her. Seizing the opportunity he decides to be by Mie's side to help her with whatever she needs. As he does this, the two become friends with the hope that maybe someday their relationship can become something more.

I actually read the manga for this and it was really good. The anime did a good job of adapting it. There was a little swearing, but it isn't that noticeable. Everybody dresses modestly throughout the anime, so its a good watch if your not a fan of fan service. I would definitely recommend it if you like anime's like Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible, The Dangers in My Heart, and My Clueless First Friend.

Classroom for Heroes

Blade was originally the great hero who defeated the demon king, but all he wants to do now is live a normal life. He decides to attend an academy where students hoping to become future heroes train. Having spent most of his life either fighting or alone, he makes a goal to become friends with 100 people. However, his cheery attitude comes off as weird since he is unaware of how things are at the academy, like how people avoid Earnest Flaming, the top student. Instead Blade walks up to her in the Cafateria and claims to be her friend, because they are eating together. Watch as blade makes friends and improves his skills along with the rest of the academy.

Classroom for Heroes made me laugh a lot more than I thought it would. Blades inability to read the room, as well as the students inability to see Blade as the Hero despite the evidence being in front of them is just hilarious. I will say that if you are not a fan of the ecchi genre, you should not watch this. I often found myself putting my hand over the computer screen. The problem is mainly Earnest who is constantly lighting herself on fire weather that be to fight, if she's angry, or if she's just trying to lose weight, her clothes burn with her. There is of course multiple hot spring and bathhouse episodes. However, I love the relationships that the character create with each other. As well as Blade's wholesome desire to want everyone to be happy, even if they are his enemies. I was really hoping that he and Sophie would become a couple, but this was more of a comedy, and didn't have much romantic progression. Something I do love is that a lot of people hate a dense main character, but this anime asks "well, what if all the characters are dense?" Its kind of like real life in that sense. There isn't much swearing except for in the last few episodes. I would definitely suggest it if you aren't bothered by what I said, if not that's what these reviews are for.

Am I Actually the Strongest?

After being bullied in school Haruto became a shut-in. One day while he is in his room he meets with a goddess and is reincarnated into another world. The Goddess promises to make him overpowered. It is then that Haruto decides that in this next life he is determined to live life as a shut-in. However. the goddess forgets to give him any affinities, so he is stuck using barrier magic. After his birth parents test his mana, they find out that he is only at level 2, so they decide to abandon him in the forest. However, it is there that he meets a fenrir named Flay who senses his true power and forms a contract with him. She is determined to raise him but runs into trouble as she realizes she has no way to feed him. Shortly after, a noble man shows up saying that he is willing to raise Haruto, even though he was sent to kill him. Flay says that she isn't willing to let go of her master and guards him. Hearing this the noble allows Flay to enter his house and be a personal attendant to Haruto. Will Haruto be able to accomplish his dream of living life as a shut-in or will his power pose a problem?

I really liked this one. It had a huge resemblance to both Code Geass and The Eminence in Shadow. Haruto's sister charlotte seems to have the same thing as Shadow where she gets outrageous ideas that all end up becoming true. Haruto when he goes out to fight evil dresses exactly like zero from Code Geass. Not only that but his story resembles it even more as he goes after his parents who abandoned him all to reclaim his peaceful life. There is also a scene where he pulls the same trick Lelouch does by dressing multiple people up as himself to confuse the enemy. But the real interesting thing about this is that Haruto becomes known as The Black Knight, the same name that Zero uses for his army. And He becomes known as a Hero of Justice just like the Black Knights were Knights of Justice. He also has a clone who he uses to do things he doesn't want to. when people start to suspect that Haruto's copy is the black knight, the real Haruto dressed as the black knight shows up next to Haruto's copy and claims he has nothing to do with him. Which is like when C. C. shows up dressed as zero next to Lelouch.

Overall I thought it was absolutely amazing. There is swearing in most of the episodes but it is usually only once or twice per episode. There are some inappropriate scenes. The queen dresses inappropriately for one. In episode 1 when flay takes her human form she doesn't have clothes on but, Haruto quickly dresses her using his barrier magic. In episode 7 the same thing happens when a snow dragon turns into her human form. In episode 9 Haruto is challenged to a dual and a woman he is acquainted with tries to stop it.  The person who challenged him says he might consider it if she dances naked for him. However, Haruto saves the day in the form of the black knight before things can get out of hand. The anime did a great job of censoring things so if you don't mind what I just said as well as a hot springs scene or two I would definitely suggest this one. This was also super relatable because Haruto learns how to use his magic to bring anime and the internet to this world turning his sister Charlotte into an otaku. The only time I have felt something so relatable in that sense was watching Anime-Gataris.

The Detective Is Already Dead

Kimihiko Kimizuka has always had a predisposition for running into trouble. He has stumbled into so many crime scenes that the police starte...
