OniAi: He May Be My Brother, But It's Fine as Long as We're in Love

Akiko Himenokoji has waited six years to see the brother she loves. Now after all this time they will finally live together again. However, it won't be exactly the way she expected. Three members of the student council will live alongside Akiko and Akito as they all attend the same school. While this wouldn't usually be a problem, all three girls are determined to keep Akiko and Akito apart while also trying to get some of Akito's time for themselves. Will things work out for Akiko or will she be destined to only have family bonding time from afar?

OniAi is something else. While I typically enjoy the sibling romance genre, Akito was a bit annoying as a main character. Unlike other harem main characters he's not oblivious to the girls feelings, he just flatly refuses to be with anyone. This is a red flag for a romance anime. He kind of reminds me of the main character from Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included. While they both refuse to be with the women who like them, I think Shintaro annoys me more because the girls are much kinder in Studio Apartment. The girls in Oniai are typical harem personalities, but each one is very distinct from each other which I think is good. There is quite a bit of fan service, such as a swimsuit episode with a beach scene, mutiple bath scenes,  and multiple scenes of girls getting dressed.  While it didn't ruin it for me it did contribute to making it harder to binge alongside Akito being terrible and not pursuing anybody. If you like harems and don't mind fan service, this might be for you.
