Things are hard for Joshu who has just moved to a new school in the middle of the semester. He learns that the school requires him to be a part of a school club. He then sees a door with labeled as the magic club. Inside there is a single girl practicing her magic. While she is the leader of the magic club, she has major stage fright and often messes up her trick because of it.
Magical Sempai is definitely an ecchi anime. Every episode has someone caught in a compromising position. This includes things like panty shots, wet see through shirts, or no shirts at all. The beach episode is pretty bad because both girls lose the tops of their bikini's and are forced to put on balloons as clothing. there is also some swearing in each episode. I wouldn't suggest unless you are into the ecchi genre.
