Chillin’ in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King’s Army

After serving as an aide in the Demon King's army, Dariel is fired by one of the four generals. Having nowhere to go he wanders through the forest until he meets a girl named Malika who is about to be attacked by a monster. Even though he is tired and hungry Dariel decides to save her, a human, using a knife that she had dropped, which is a sign of weakness among the demons. To thank Dariel, Malika brings him to her house and gives him a meal as well as tricks him into being an adventurer. With this new calling Dariel decides to stay in the village and protect them as a way to repay the kindness they had shown him by taking him in.

This one had similarities a lot of good anime's. The way that he moves to the country is kind of like Banished from the Hero's Party, the way he meets Malika is similar to the meeting between Kanade and Rein in Beast Tamer, and the structure of the Demon King's army reminded me of I'm Quitting Heroing. It only swears about three times so that is a perk. Both Zebiantes and Malika dress in clothes that expose their chest and the anime draws attention to it. You also see two separate scenes where Dariel touches Malika's chest, as well as the Hero's and Zebiantes chests while they are in the sauna.  

Don’t Hurt Me, My Healer!

While doing his best to fight a bear the adventurer Alvin runs into the healer Carla. After asking her to heal him she messes up and puts a curse on him instead. One that won't let him go more than three hundred meters away from her so his plan to ditch her the first chance he gets goes out the window, and instead they form a party together. Alvin tries to do his best to protect the party but instead of avoiding traps he ends up triggering every trap that is set no matter the time or place. Will this new party be able to advance on their journey as adventurers?

I really liked this one more than I thought I would. It was kind of like Konosuba but without the bad parts. There is swearing throughout the anime, but it isn't overwhelming. The Characters dress modestly as well. The humor I can understand can be an acquired taste, but I thought it was funny. There are a lot of puns, as well as insults. I would give it a try. 

Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement

After falling off a cliff Mitsuha Yamano mysteriously gains the ability to switch between earth and a fantasy world. With the help of a villager girl Mitsuha recuperates and decides to save 80000 gold so that if she gets trapped on one side or the other she has enough money to live comfortably off of. She decides to move to the capital and start her own general store, where she meets people she is able to rely on help her reach her goal. Watch as Mitsuha learns about this new world and uses her ideas to make it a better place.

I really enjoyed this one. It was a great slow life anime. It only swears about five times throughout the series. The characters stay modest for the most part, but you do see mitsuha in a swimsuit in one of the episodes. If you enjoy Slow life anime I would suggest giving it a try.

Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill

Mukouda is summoned to another world along with others from earth. However, everyone but him received a battle skill. The skill that Mukouda received was Online Grocery. Being able to have easy access to products made on earth definitely has some perks. With this skill Mukouda was able to make two familiars, the legendary Fenrir named Fel, and a slime named Sui. Together they hunt monsters and use the ingredients from earth to make meals that taste out of this world.

I really enjoyed Campfire Cooking in Another World. It only swears about seven times. The series stays clean until episode eleven where you hear a woman talking about soap and shampoo that Mukouda summoned using his Online Grocery skill. It shows her using them briefly in the shower. I would still suggest watching it if you are into Isekai and slow life anime.

Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

Jinta Yadomi has been a shut in ever since he lost his childhood friend Menma. One day over the summer he sees her next to him and believes that she's a hallucination due to the summer heat. She tells him that she has come back to earth to have her wish granted, but can't recall what it is. The Whole friend group has fallen apart and in order to find out what her wish is they regroup for the first time in five years. However, since Jinta is the only one that can see Menma most of the group has a hard time believing him. Will they be able to overcome their trials and help Menma get back to heaven?

Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day was a pretty good slice of life. It does swear in just about every episode, but the most swearing is done in the first few episodes. Everybody dresses modestly throughout the series. It is one of the anime's that will make you cry. That is something I like about it though, because you can feel the emotions of the characters. I would definitely suggest it.

KONOSUBA -God's blessing on this wonderful world!

After Kazuma Sato dies from shock after attempting to save a girl from his school. He is told that he has the opportunity to go to another world. The Goddess Aqua however, acts super condescending as she is telling Kazuma this. When he hears that he can take anything with him he decides to take her out of spite. As they begin their journey as adventurers they meet two others a crimson demon named Megumin who loves explosions more than anything else, and a Knight named darkness whose luck is so bad that she finds it impossible to hit her target even when they are standing still. Do they have what it takes to defeat The Demon Lord?

Konosuba swears in about every episode. It also has a lot of inappropriate parts. In episode nine you see Darkness naked for about ten minutes of the episode. There is also a lot of scenes where the characters pour water on themselves naked. Though you only see them from behind. There is also a lot of talk about taking advantage of girls and men having their way with them. All of the Succubi are dressed inappropriately when Kazuma goes to visit them as well.

D4DJ All Mix

After Lyrical Lily is asked to perform once a month as a service project to the city they decide to call the other five DJ groups. Together they perform not just alone, but also collaborate with one another. Watch as each band strives to progress using unique ways to both find their inspiration and to change the way they play as a group.

While this is techniqually a sequel which I don't do reviews for I felt like D4DJ All Mix needed one. In this season Happy Around isn't the main characters of the show. Each band gets time of their own while still making it feel balanced. I didn't like it at first but doing it this way helps you get to know each band especially Merm4aid, RONDO, and Lyrical Lily who were not in First Mix. There is no swearing throughout the season. There is a bath scene in the last episode but it is brief.

The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World

After growing up in a life of war, Ray White enlists into a school of magic called Arnold Academy. While he does get to experience the life of a teenager by making friends conflicts still arise causing Ray and his friends to not only fight monsters, but evil organizations as well. Will Ray be able to keep his past a secret and continue to be accepted by those around him?

The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World was pretty good, however there were some inappropriate parts. The main one is the ending credits where it shows the main girls with their chest partially exposed. There is also a part where Amelia is getting dressed and gets scared by a spider and runs into ray with only her underwear on. There is also a beach scene in one of the episodes ending credits where you see the girls in their swimsuits. The Maid outfits show cleavage when they do the maid cafe as well. If those things don't bother you the story is pretty good and the action helps it be a fast moving anime so you don't get bored.

Farming Life in Another World

After being hospitalized and dying due to the mistake of a god. That same god apologizes by giving Hiraku Machio another chance at life. When Hiraku was asked what he wanted to have going into this next life, Hiraku asked to be put in the middle of nowhere so that he could try his hand at farming. After starting his farm he takes in two dogs which act as his security. They eventually capture a girl name Lu who helps him start his own village where everyone is accepted.

I really enjoyed this one. I thought it would be similar to I've Somehow Gotten Stronger When I Improved My Farm-Related Skills, but this one is completely focused on farming while that one had a lot more adventuring involved. It was nice to get to know the different characters that come into Hiraku's village and to see their personalities. It only swears a few times. The way the girls dress shows cleavage, there are two bathing scenes but you just see the girls backs and it is not zoomed up close. I think this is worth a watch if you enjoy slow life anime.

ONIMAI: I'm Now Your Sister!

Mahiro Oyama has lived the life of a shut in for the past two years. He only spent his time playing erogames and reading inappropriate manga. However, one day he wakes up as a girl and finds out it is one of his little sister's experiments. Not knowing how long the drug will last Mihari decides to observe Mahiro and help him grow into this new role he has been given. Watch as Mahiro changes not just in appearance but as a person as well.

I really enjoyed this one. While not everyone loves gender benders I loved the lessons it teaches about how anyone can change no matter what stage they are in life. It does swear around ten times throughout the series. There are a lot of bath scenes, however, the studio did really well with the censoring. You can't really see their bodies unless you look really hard. There is a scene where Kaede is dressed in an outfit where her chest is exposed in the halloween episode. Overall, I would definitely suggest it for those who like slice of life. 

The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady

Anis Wynn Palettia was reincarnated as a princess without magic into a world where having magic was everything. However, she didn't let that stop her. She learned how to create magic items that would allow her to do things like fly and make a sword out of mana. After her brother broke off the engagement with his fiancee Euphyllia, Anis takes her and makes Euphyllia her assistant. Together they make the goal of changing the worlds way of thinking using magicology.

The anime was enjoyable. It only sweared around three times. There were two bathing scenes. Also the last episode turns the anime into a yuri when Anis and Euphyllia kiss each other. Besides that it was really good. I would definitely suggest it even if you are not a yuri fan because the majority of the anime makes their relationship seem like they are friends rather than lovers. 

Ningen Fushin: Adventurers Who Don’t Believe in Humanity Will Save the World

After being cast aside by both the man who raised him and his girlfriend, Nick goes to the tavern to drink away his sorrows. It is there that he meets three others who are also there to drink away their sorrows. While they tell their tales of how they got to this point in time none of them can fully believe each other. So Nick decides that they should form a guild so that rather than fall apart on their own they can keep going as they build off of each other.

I thought that this one was really enjoyable. You get to see the backstory of both the heroes and the villains to understand why they are the way they are. You also see them grow as people which is nice. the anime swears about eight times. The most inappropriate thing you will see are girls with cleavage. So I would say it stays really modest for a fantasy anime. I would definitely give it a watch.

Nyanko Days

Nyanko Days follows the daily life of Yuko Konagi. Yuko while wanting to make friends failed to do so. So the only company she had were her three cats Shii, Maa, and Rou. This all changed when she brought them to a place where they could view the whole city. A girl from Yuko's class named Azumi Shiratori says that she is a cat person as well and would like to become friends. 

Nyanko days is perfect if you want something short and relaxing. The series only takes twenty four minutes to watch, so it is great for people who don't have a lot of time. It is also completely clean in both language and the way that the characters dress. The conversations that the characters have are also clean. I would definitely suggest it.

My Life After I Became a Dummy Head Mic One Morning

After getting hit by a truck, Ore-kun wakes up as a dummy head microphone used for ASMR. However, unlike usual isekai anime, Ore-kun's consciousness switches from one object to another, from things such as tape measures and rock candy to Dogs and chickens. Watch as Ore-kun follows the lives of Yuri, Ume, and Kuranae as they live their high school lives.

This anime was super hilarious. It only swears about three times. There is only one part where you see Yuri undressed in episode ten and the dog Ore-Kun is in possession of blocks the majority of her. There are verbal things as well like a scene where a teacher tells a student that they enjoy flat chested girls and gives her a hug. So that is something you should be aware of. Overall I thought it was enjoyable and I would suggest it if the information mentioned above doesn't bother you.

Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku

 

Narumi Momose wakes up late on her first day at a new job. Her sole reason for leaving is because her secret of being an otaku gets found out. She believes that everything will be fine until she runs into her childhood friend Hirotaka, who asks her if she is going to comiket in front of two of their coworkers. However, Kabakura and Koyanagi also happen to be Otaku's. After inviting Hirotaka for a drink a few times Narumi talks about how it has been hard dating non Otaku's. Hirotaka then suggest that she should go out with an Otaku meaning himself. After agreeing, a relationship full of manga, video games, and anime starts to bloom. 

Wotakoi is pretty clean. There is some swearing in a few episodes. The characters stay modest for the most part the exception being Koyanagi taking a bath in episode seven and Hirotaka getting out of the bath in episode eleven, however that scene is censored. Overall I would definitely suggest it. I felt like this was the most relatable romance I have seen. It also makes references to real anime and manga so it is cool to see ones you have watched or recognize.

Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious

After being assigned an S-rank mission to save the world from a demon lord, the goddess Ristarte summons Seiya Ryuguin. However, when she summoned him she overlooked a critical piece of information. Seiya is incredibly cautious. Instead of buying one torch he believes that they actually need five hundred. Will he be able to save the world, or will all his cautiousness hold him back?

There is swearing in about every episode. Also the majority of female characters are dressed immodestly. There is a part where Ristarte grows wings and it shows her without clothes as her wings spread. There is also a goddess who gets completely naked in the forest as a "final test" after she trains Seiya with the bow and arrow. You also see the goddess of war positioned inappropriately as Ristarte runs into the room when she is teaching seiya. Overall I would say to avoid this if you don't like fan service. However, if fan service doesn't bother you and you are looking for an isekai, the story is pretty good. 

TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You ~Uniform~

While Nasa is hyper focused on programming Tsukasa wonders what it will take to distract him. So she turns on a quiz show, which Nasa is able to answer the questions with ease while still focusing on programming. It isn't until Charlotte comes in and suggests that Tsukasa wear her maid outfit that Nasa gets distracted. Kaname then wonders what other outfit cliches would look good on Tsukasa.

This Ova was a little dirtier than the rest. The language is clean, and the outfits are modest. However, you see a less wholesome side of Nasa when Tsukasa dresses up in a school uniform. He slowly takes her socks off while kissing her. Overall I would avoid this one. 

TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You ~SNS~

In this episode Nasa gives Tsukasa a new cell phone, but right as he is teaching her how to use it he gets called in to work. Nasa works all day which makes Tsukasa lonely. However, she is able to get the information of Kaname and Aya, as well as help out at the bathhouse. After Nasa comes home at four in the morning Tsukasa wants attention which leads to misunderstandings among the different characters.

The language is clean in this one. When they kiss in this episode you do see saliva as they separate lips. There is also a weirdly shaped vegetable which looks like its posing that Kaname uses as her background photo. Everyone dresses modestly in this episode as well. So it is pretty clean, the only bad thing is the kiss is more passionate than the ones you see in the series. If that doesn't bother you I would suggest watching it. I actually laughed really hard in the beginning when Tsukasa is learning how to use her phone.

TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You

Nasa Yuzaki was teased as a child because of his name. His parents named him Nasa after the company NASA. Because of this he made a goal to become even better than the company NASA. However, one day he is hit by a truck. Thanks to a beautiful girl named Tsukasa, Nasa is saved from being isekaied and instantly falls in love with her. Even though he was injured he refused to let her leave and asks her out. She agrees to go out with him, on the condition that they get married.

Tonikawa is a cute romance. The language is clean and the characters dress modestly as well. The story takes place after they are married so they do a lot of things like sleep together, go to a bathhouse, and get dressed which are all situations that could turn an anime into an ecchi but Tonikawa keeps it clean. When they get dressed the camera will switch away so you don't see their skin, in the bathhouse you only see their head and shoulders, and nothing inappropriate happens when they sleep together. I would definitely suggest it for someone looking for a good romance anime.

Himegoto

Hime is a high schooler who is being chased because of the debt that has been wrongfully placed in his name. Right as he is about to get attacked he is saved by the student council who mistake him for a girl. They agree to pay off his debt if he joins the student council on the condition that he cross dress for the rest of high school.

The language in this one is completely clean. However, there is a lot of panty shots. The student council also does things like have a bathing suit contest, and go swimming. Hime does get stripped but because he's a boy seeing him shirtless doesn't really make it feel like an ecchi. It is nice because it only takes around forty minutes to watch. I will say that it does censor the parts that would make it an ecchi, so that is a perk as well.

Masamune-kun's Revenge

When Masamune was young he loved a girl named Aki Adagaki. However he was rejected, bullied, and the only people who got close to him were those who wanted his money. So he made a goal to get revenge on Aki and totally changed his appearance from a chubby kid to a muscular high schooler and changed his last name after moving in with his grandpa. He now wants to have Aki fall for him so he can reject her. Will he be able to pull off his scheme?

Masamune-Kun's Revenge stays pretty clean with the language and only swears a few times. It stays pretty modest as well, but there is a beach episode and two scenes where you see girls in their underwear. I would definitely give it a watch if you like romance and slice of life anime.

The Demon Girl Next Door

After meeting her ancestor in a dream and learning that her family is part of the Dark Clan, Yuko Yoshida wakes up with horns and a tail and gets the demon name of Shadow Mistress Yuko or Shamiko for short. She learns that her family which has always been in poverty is under a curse, and to break that curse she needs to kill a magical girl. While pondering how to do this she almost gets hit by a truck, but is saved by a magical girl. Shamiko challenges the magical girl Momo to a fight, but somehow ends up in her debt instead. Will Shamiko ever see her goals come to fruition?

The Demon Girl Next Door was absolutely hilarious. It does have the occasional swear word here and there though. Yuko's crisis management form which is essentially a battle uniform which gives her benefits such as increased agility is a bit revealing. There is also a hot springs scene. However, this is one that I would definitely suggest because the humor is light hearted and it has a strong message of friendship and what it means to be there for each other. 

Toradora!

Ryuji Takasu was excited for school, but due to the eyes he inherited from his father, people keep their distance believing that he is a delinquent. Just as he decides to try and clear things up he makes an enemy of Taiga Aisaka also known as "The Palm Top Tiger" due to her small size and violent nature. After learning that they have crushes on each others best friend they decide to strike a deal, that they would help each other get together with the one they love.

The english dub has a lot more swearing than the Japanese sub of Toradora. There are multiple swear words in each episode. The characters dress modestly for the majority of the anime. There is an episode where you see one of the girls in a bikini.  

My Sweet Tyrant

Atsuhiro Kagari appears to be a Tsundere around his girlfriend Non, however, secretly he holds her on a pedestal. He is often afraid to do things like walk next to her which gives him the appearance of a stalker even though they're dating. Watch as this unlikely relationship blossoms into something better.

My Sweet Tyrant is another clean anime. There is a beach scene but the swimsuits aren't distracting. There is some swearing but it isn't often.  Overall I would definitely suggest it. every episode in the series is only three minutes so you can finish it in just over an hour.

Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina

After reading a book about a witch who travels the world Elaina says that thats what she wants to do. Her mom says it's okay, but she has to become a witch before she can do that. After working hard she passed her exam, and word spread about how she had become the youngest person they knew to pass it. Because of this no witch would take her on as an apprentice until she met one dancing in the forest. After a year of training Elaina becomes a witch and you get to see the adventures she has as she goes from country to country.

Everybody in Wandering Witch dresses modestly throughout the series. You do see Elaina bathing for a few seconds in episode eight, but everything is covered except her head and shoulders and part of her chest. It swears around five times and most of those are in the last episode. Overall the anime is pretty good, but I wouldn't show it to kids because there are a few scenes that deal with murder.

Let Me Check the Walkthrough First

Yinuo Liu was an overworked thirty year old, who spent all her free time playing video games. after falling off the balcony of her apartment complex she is transported to another world. However, when she meets the goddess she finds out that it was totally by accident that she was brought there. The Goddess was actually looking for a girl named Enya Tian. After wandering around she runs into Enya and because she is so inexperienced Yinuo decides to become her master. Will they be able to get enough experience to defeat the demon lord, and save the people of this world they have been transporteed to?

While Let Me Check the Walkthrough First is another isekai, it is not your average fantasy anime. When offered to get powers Yinuo actually declines and says that there's no fun if you can't do things by yourself. Everybody dresses modestly throughout the anime. There is occasional swearing though.
